The Bethel Ministries Board of Directors endeavors to keep costs reasonable while recognizing that excellence requires financial resources. After School Extended Care	Daily Rate - $21.00 per day* (Advance registration required; $25 registration fee.) “Drop-In” Rate - $7.50 per hour (or any fraction thereof)

*Enrichment classes and activities will be available for all students at no additional cost or a minimal materials fee, and popular activities offered by outside vendors will still be available for an additional vendor fee (e.g., Tumble Bus, Integrity Martial Arts).

FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION

BCA offers financial aid annually for students entering grades K-8. An application must be completed by April 15, 2018, to be considered as an aid recipient. All families who are awarded financial aid will be required to volunteer in some capacity during the school year (e.g., serve at a school function or on a Parents In Partnership committee). Notifications of all financial aid awards will be made in May 2018.
